Napa Valley's first winery, Charles Krug was established in 1861. The tasting room is located in a historic property and was built using materials re purposed from original estate artifacts. The room is small and plain but big on service and quality. Although the facade is impressive and the vineyards span over 800 acres, the winery evokes an informal, family feel.
